HON. ADUSE POKU PAYS COURTESY CALLS ON CHIEFS WITH AHAFO REGIONAL MINISTER

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Asunafo South District Assembly (ASDA), Hon. Aduse Poku Frank together with the Ahafo Regional Minister, Honourable George Boakye, On Tuesday 16th November, 2021 paid a courtesy visit to Nananom to show his appreciation to them.


Before Hon. Aduse Poku's Frank confirmation as DCE, he went to Nananom to ask for their support and prayers hence, he has paid a courtesy visit to show his heartfelt appreciation and seek for their advice since he will work with the Chiefs.

The youngest Honourable currently in Ghana and his team with the inclusion of the Hon. Regional Minister visited the Kukuom Traditional Council. He assured the Chiefs of Kukuom that he will be there for everyone in the District so he needs all hands on desk to help develop the District.

The Omanhene of Kukuom Traditional Council, Osaahene Kwaku Aterkyi assured the new appointed DCE of his support and urged him to bring all expertise on board to help improve the welfare of the constituents.

The next stop of the team was in Anwiam, the Krontihene of Anwiam who sat in for Nana Boakye Yiadom (Anwiam Manhene) pleads with the Hon. DCE and Minister for them to help complete a community based clinic that was self financed and also asked for protection from the gods for the innovative ruler dubbed DCE Broniiii.

The DCE in his response assured the Anwiamman of his support towards the completion of the said project and also told the Chiefs and the elders that his office is always opened to them and he would be guided by their advised and collaboration.

Kwapong was the next destination as people clad in party paraphernalia singing praises to meet the new DCE. Hon. Aduse Poku told the Chiefs that the visit was to thank Nananom for their support, prayers and collaboration.

The Omanhene of Kwapong blessed him and encouraged him to come to them any time their service is needed.

Noberkaw the homeland of the Competent and indefatigable District Chief Executive was the last place of the visit. There, on behalf of the DCE, the Ahafo Regional Minister asked for support from the Omanhene to the young and vibrant Honourable as he is their own Son.

After the Minister's plead, the Omanhene of Noberkaw started with the wise saying  "A child may be taller than the Father but can never be older than his Father". He told the DCE that he has taken it upon his self to ensure that the DCE succeeds because since the creation of the Asunafo South District, this is the first time a native of his land has be chosen to steer the affairs of the District.

He prayed for Long life and good health for the  entire team.
